What is the best age to take a puppy to dog training courses?
I have a wire haired daschund and we will be taking it to dog training courses. What age is best for us to start taking it to courses?

Well, for me daschunds are the best choice of breed, so well done on that. I also think – judging by everyones answers – that you should start as early as possible. Does Duke Uni in NC offer dog training courses?
Someone I know told me that Duke University in Duhram, North Carolina offers dog training courses. That’s what I plan on going to college for as well as grooming, but I’m not sure if it’s true.
Also, what are some other colleges in the Virginia, North Carolina area that offer these?

Depends on what kind of training, the location, and who you take them too. You may be looking at $150 or you may be looking at $500. Your best bet would be to look in your phone book and do some calling around, or ask your vet for a recommendation.
My suggestion, let the dog be a pet and get a home security system with either Brinks or ADT.

None. For best learning and correction of mistakes you need to be in front of someone. Lots of videos on the market but again, you really need to have an actual teacher at some point.
